Either the online check-in system being used does not work properly or this store gave away my reservations for haircuts today. I arrived at the time the system gave me, waited an additional 10 minutes for them to call me, and then went in to ask about my haircut. The lady at the desk told me I was not in their system and the manager made me wait 20 minutes before she took the time to tell me they could not cut my hair today. Worst experience ever. Will never, ever go back to this Sports Clips or any other.

Not sure why you have to check in? After I checked in and waited in the lobby I was skipped 3 times. No explanation was given. Was a loyal customer but not anymore. Thanks for ignoring me and passing me by.

Took my son to get haircuts at this new store. We were welcomed in and treated like family. Hope cut and styled my hair, best haircut I have had in a while. I walked out feeling like a new man.Shelby cut my sons hair, she was very professional and made his hair look awesome. Very professional and clean store. Will return again.
